Vicki Hildebrand is a seasoned IT and transformation executive with over four decades of hands-on experience spanning Silicon Valley and government sectors. She is driven by the belief that technology’s core purpose is to propel business value, consistently delivering speed, efficiency, and innovation through complex change and transformation initiatives.

Vicki has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Information Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where she led transformative digital initiatives, and leadership at the U.S. Department of Transportation, overseeing a $3.5 billion IT portfolio. Her expertise spans digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, business process operations, software development, and IT strategy and architecture.

With a Master’s in Technology Management from Columbia University, Vicki combines a deep passion for technology with a people-centric approach, building thriving enterprises and fostering alignment between technology and business to achieve measurable, lasting results.
