Nitesh Bansal,

Nitesh Bansal is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of R Systems International, a global digital-product engineering firm. He assumed leadership on May 30, 2023.

With over 25 years of experience in technology and engineering-led services, Nitesh brings deep domain expertise and strategic vision to his role.

Before joining R Systems, he spent more than 23 years at Infosys, where he held a variety of leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Global Head of Engineering Services. At Infosys, he managed a $1 billion P&L and led a global workforce of around 12,000.

He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has further enhanced his leadership credentials through executive education programs at INSEAD and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Nitesh is passionate about the intersection of technology and business value, focusing on next-generation themes like Cloud, AI, Automation, IoT, physical-digital convergence, and 5G. R Systems. He has also been active in global forums and advisory roles, including participation in the World Economic Forum’s Global Futures Council on Advanced Manufacturing.

Beyond his corporate role, he is socially committed—actively supporting girls’ education and mid-day meal programs in India.
