Mahluli Dube,

Mahluli Dube is a seasoned consulting professional with over 17 years of experience in world-class consultancies and his own solo practice before joining David A. Fields Consulting Group (DAFCG). He is passionate about helping consultants thrive—both professionally and personally—by sharing best practices and practical strategies for success.

Mahluli began his career in KPMG and EY’s Performance Improvement practices in New York, rising from Associate to Senior Manager. He has worked across Africa, APAC, and EMEA, tackling client challenges ranging from corporate strategy to implementation support. At DAFCG, he brings his expertise to support small and mid-size consulting practices through a signature, hands-on approach.

An organizational psychologist by training, Mahluli is deeply committed to understanding people and creating systems that allow them to thrive. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, and following Liverpool F.C. in the English Premier League.
