Karen Kaufman’s expertise as an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator creates an environment of trust so that professionals can explore and accelerate their leadership capacity. Karen is an entrepreneur and innovator in creating tools for professionals to maximize their career success. The Kaufman Impression Management System® expedites the development of key factors of leadership and has been used extensively to accelerate executive presence. Karen and the Kaufman Partnership have been featured in over 100 publications throughout the country in articles related to maximizing professional development. Her coaching expertise includes executive presence and presentation, organizational dynamics, leadership acceleration, and organizational transformation. Working closely with corporate clients, she develops custom programs to supplement their existing leadership development curriculum.

Karen’s satisfaction comes from seeing her clients receive promotions, increase their leadership responsibilities, and achieve their personal and professional goals. Karen recently published her first book MAGIC: Making A Good Impression Count On and Off the Golf Course, and is also a contributing author to six books on topics including but not limited to executive leadership, communication, executive appearance, and women in partnership. Karen earned a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Philadelphia University, now Jefferson.

When not coaching, Karen enjoys golf, biking, reading, and long walks on the beach.
