Jack Weiss is the retired CEO of WAM Systems, a leading provider of supply chain planning software solutions to global manufacturing companies. Jack founded WAM, led the company’s venture capital-backed expansion, and ultimately engineered the successful sale of the company to the ION Group. Before founding WAM, Jack ran Exxon Chemicals U.S. Decision Support Services group in Houston and also served as a member of the securities trading desk at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Jack is currently a lecturer within the Wharton MBA program at the University of Pennsylvania, teaching courses in entrepreneurial investor communications and persuasive presentation skills. Jack earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
