Geoffrey M. Roch,

Geoffrey M. Roche, MPA/EdD, is an accomplished healthcare-and-education executive whose work spans hospital operations, higher education, workforce development, and strategic partnerships. He currently serves as the North America Director of Workforce Development at Siemens Healthineers, where he leads national strategy and partnerships to build a future-ready, diverse healthcare workforce.
In addition, he serves as Executive Advisor (National Healthcare Practice) at Core Education PBC and is a Partner at startup accelerator Product10x, while advising multiple other organizations and speaking frequently at industry conferences.

Roche has held senior roles in hospital administration and higher education, and is a recognized advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and workforce innovation. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Moravian University, an M.P.A. in Management & Leadership from East Stroudsburg University, and is studying for a doctorate in leadership at the American College of Education.
