Deborah Reynolds Juantorena is a data and analytics technology expert with extensive experience leading large-scale technology programs, global data strategy, and analytics initiatives. Known for her ability to steward organizational change, she has successfully led cross-functional teams around strategic visions, guided major system implementations, and played senior leadership roles during multiple global acquisitions. By combining strong business acumen with technical expertise in emerging analytics and an approachable leadership style, Deborah builds highly engaged, data-driven teams that deliver measurable impact.

Deborah currently serves as an adjunct instructor at Moravian University School of Professional Studies and Innovation, where she designed courses in Data Analytics and Business Interpretation (BA Level) and Data-Driven Business Decisions (MBA Level). She is a member of the Columbia Business School Healthcare Advisory Board and a guest lecturer for the Columbia Business School US Healthcare Course.
