Clay Shedd,

Clayton has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership development, business development, and account management. He is an executive coach and has worked with diverse, global clients across multiple industries and sectors.

Beginning his career at Euromoney Institutional Investor (memberships for fixed income, equity trading, and financial technology execs), Clayton went on to join The Conference Board, where he assisted in the creation of C-suite roundtables on corporate governance, M&A, and public-private partnerships.

Clayton has since held leadership roles in the executive education divisions of Columbia Business School and UCLA, and has had complete oversight of over 100 corporate learning programs in leadership and strategy for firms from over 15 countries and representing a variety of industries, including professional service organizations and leading law firms.

As an executive coach, Clayton serves as a thought-partner with senior-level executives, helping them prepare for, improve, and excel in their roles.
