Bill Darcy Jr. is the Global President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the leading association and trade show for manufacturers, designers, retailers, builders, remodelers, and architects in the $235 billion home design industry.
Under Bill’s leadership, the NKBA has launched transformative initiatives, including Design & Construction Week (in partnership with the National Association of Home Builders), #NextUp to address the skilled labor shortage, the 30 Under 30 program for rising millennial leaders, and NKBA Global Connect, fostering a more connected international kitchen, bath, and home design community. He also supports NKBA Women2Women, empowering women through mentorship, leadership, and professional development.
Before the NKBA, Bill spent seven years with Penske Motorsports & NASCAR, managing a speedway and overseeing teams responsible for over $200 million in annual sponsorship revenue. He holds a B.A. in Management from Moravian University, and outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, husband, and proud father of three boys.
