Simon Nynes,

Simon Nynens is a seasoned executive and leadership coach who helps leaders find clarity amid growth, complexity, and the pressures of high-stakes decision-making. Drawing on decades of experience leading both public and private companies, Simon guides executives through challenges such as scaling businesses, team alignment, M&A, conflict resolution, and strategic execution.

Having coached over 100 leaders in more than 500 sessions, he specializes in helping executives stay focused, maintain control, and grow their organizations while navigating the often isolating demands of leadership. Simon’s own journey—from a small mining town in the Netherlands to Chairman and CEO roles—shaped his understanding of leadership as both a strategic and deeply personal endeavor.

He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Leadership from Drexel University, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and has been a proud YPO member since 2006. Simon has served on multiple boards, including as Chairman of the New Jersey Technology Council and YPO New Jersey, and is an honorary member of the National Academy of Inventors. He is also an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of the Year® Award recipient.
