Colin Foster,

Colin Foster has over 30 years of experience as a life science executive, entrepreneur, and board leader, with expertise across therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, and OTC healthcare products. He has led multi-billion-dollar, mid-sized, and start-up companies in the USA, Canada, Israel, and the UK/Ireland, driving growth, turnarounds, and transformational transactions.

He is currently Co-founder, Chairman & CEO of Cytosolix, Inc., and Co-founder & Chairman of Saatient Therapeutics, Inc., and serves on the boards of NBO Pharma, Inc. He is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Yale University, Executive-in-Residence at Columbia University, and a member of the NYU Langone Health Investment Advisory Committee.

Previously, Colin held senior roles including CEO of iSci Management, Bioblast Pharma, and Optherion, Executive Chairman of Ivenix, and President & CEO of Bayer Pharmaceuticals USA, where he also served on Bayer AG’s Global Pharmaceutical Operating Committee.

He holds a B.Sc. in Zoology and Microbiology from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, and a Canadian Securities Certificate, and is a citizen of Canada, the USA, and the UK.
