Anthony (Tony) DaRe is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BSI Corporate Benefits, which he established in 2003 after eight years in the insurance industry with Geisinger Health Plan and the University of Michigan’s M-Care. Driven by a passion to advocate for employers rather than carriers, Tony built BSI into one of the nation’s leading employee benefits consulting firms, known for its 98% client retention and award-winning service.

Under his leadership, BSI has earned numerous honors, including “Best Employee Benefits Consulting Firm,” “Inc. 5000,” and recognition as a 2023 MarshBerry Max Performer. The firm has also been named one of Inc.’s “Best Workplaces” three years in a row, reflecting Tony’s commitment to teamwork, culture, and community impact.

A respected industry leader and philanthropist, Tony has been recognized as a Lehigh Valley “Community Service Person of the Year,” a four-time “Power 100” honoree, and an “Entrepreneur of the Year” finalist. Together with his wife Adrienne, he donated $1 million to St. Luke’s University Health Network and co-chaired the 2023–2024 United Way campaign, raising a record $25 million for the local community.
