Iris Wilson-Farely,

Iris Wilson-Farley is the VP of HR Innovation for Komatsu’s North American and Mining Technologies operations, which together account for over 20% of Komatsu’s total global headcount and more than 25% of the company’s total annual revenue. Iris has responsibility for developing the organization’s data governance model, AI technology roadmap, global talent mobility framework, and foundation giving strategy. She has 25 years of experience in developing organizational talent and capability across a variety of industries, including telecommunications, financial services, and heavy manufacturing. Iris’ passion for helping others to achieve their potential has led her to focus on coaching and mentoring as part of her professional endeavors, and on counseling and advocacy in her volunteer work. In addition to her official accountabilities, Iris serves as the executive sponsor for the company’s UNITY Network for LGBTQ+ employees.
